UNLIMITED WORKOUTSWith FIT IN SIX, you have the freedom to choose how you want to train. Over the six weeks, you can enjoy unlimited workouts, whether you prefer participating in our energetic group classes or working out at your own pace during open gym sessions. Our gym is open from 5am to 10pm, giving you the flexibility to fit exercise into your busy schedule whenever it works best for you.

Emma is a seasoned fitness expert and menopause coach, bringing a fresh perspective to our FIT IN SIX team. With her Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer certifications, she is committed to helping our clients achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Emma’s fitness journey started over a decade ago, and she has since developed a passion for coaching a variety of fitness classes. In addition to her role with us, she serves as a Social Prescriber at a local surgery in Seaham, creating personalised plans centreed around nutrition, exercise, and social engagement to enhance individuals’ overall well-being. With more than 13 years of experience, including 11 years as a Health and Fitness Trainer with the NHS Trust, Emma is well-versed in a range of fitness disciplines, from Glute-Based and Bootcamp/Circuits to Body Attack/Combat and Step classes. As our dedicated "Together Through Menopause" coach, she specialises in guiding women through this transformative stage of life with tailored fitness and wellness programmes. |
Meet Your Expert Body TransformaTion CoachES...Graham is an ex-professional footballer and a multi-award-winning business owner and personal trainer, recently winning the Health & Lifestyle Award at the 2019 Sunderland Echo Portfolio Awards. He began his personal training career in Dubai but returned home to the North East, where he now helps men and women in the Seaham area achieve their fitness goals, boost their energy, and build body confidence.
With over 10 years of personal training experience, Graham runs a thriving fitness business at Seaham Marina. Through his FIT IN SIX programme, he offers local residents the opportunity to train directly with him and his team, participating in an immersive six-week journey to transform their health and fitness. “Many of my FIT IN SIX clients are people looking to take their fitness to the next level or find a sustainable routine that works for them. Our gym is at Seaham Marina. We have a variety of classes that take place indoors and outdoors. |
I’ve not worked out for a while – is FIT IN SIX really for me?
Yes. We provide beginner level workouts too. And you’re in complete control. If the workout feels too intense you can back off a little and slow the intensity down. |
I’ve got social events planned during the programme, is it still worth doing!
Definitely! We can help you limit the damage before you go out. We will tell you the healthiest options to choose when you are out. And then we can help you get straight back on it the next day. |
