We also choose recipes that you'll enjoy eating and want to make time and time again... there's no Kale smoothies here!

All new diets/programmes come with new challenges, but with the help and guidance from Graham and the rest of the 'Shredders' there's nothing you can't achieve!

Graham is an ex-professional footballer and now a multi-award-winning business owner and personal trainer, recently winning the Health & Lifestyle Award at the 2019 Sunderland Echo Portfolio Awards.
He started his PT career in Dubai, but returned home to the North East where he now helps men and women in the Seaham area lose weight, feel more energised and have more body confidence.
With over 10 years personal training experience, Graham runs a successful fitness business at Seaham Marina. Now, with his 14-Day Shred he is able to help people further afield with their health and weight loss goals.

Where can I do the workouts?
The daily workouts get delivered to the 14-Day Shred facebook group. You can workout anywhere that suits you; at home, at work, in the park, and at a time that suits your schedule.
I’ve not worked out for a while – is the 14-Day Shred really for me?
Yes. We provide beginner level workouts too. And you’re in complete control. If the workout feels too intense you can back off a little and slow the intensity down.
I’ve got social events planned during the Shred, is it still worth doing!
Definitely! We can help you limit the damage before you go out. We will tell you the healthiest options to choose when you are out. And then we can help you get straight back on it the next day.
