Our trainers are passionate about making East Coast Fitness a un-intimidating, fun and results driven training environment to make sure our clients get the very most out of their time at East Coast Fitness, time is precious and we want to guarantee you a return.

Boot Camp provides you with fun, varied, energetic training sessions. Our sessions aren’t your typical fitness classes where you’ll find yourself stood at the back hiding and just going through the motions. Our programming and coaches bring the same training and coaching principles as personal training into our group training environment to ensure you are getting the most out of your sessions.

GROUP TRAININGThe feeling of training with other like-minded people, by the sea, with lots of fresh air is simply amazing! Within minutes the endorphins flow and you feel energised. It's excellent for both physical and mental health.

REGULAR WEIGH-INSYou will be weighed and measured when you first start so we can monitor your progress. After that, you can check-in with the scales as often as you like. There isn’t a one size fits all approach to this. You can do it weekly, fortnightly or monthly… whatever keeps you motivated and holds you accountable!

NUTRITION MADE SIMPLEWe believe in making things as easy as possible for you. You will understand how to make simple changes to your diet to help you lose weight, avoid hunger and boost energy.
Every month you will receive a new East Coast Fitness cook book (pdf version) with 15 new and healthy meals to choose from. |
Expert accountabilityMany gyms and health clubs give you a membership card and you're left to get on with it, with no accountability or support. We do things a bit differently. Our whole business exists because of the results we get our clients and the high level of support we provide is part of that.

MOTIVATIONIn life you go through ups and downs. Health and fitness is no different, but our trainers will always be on hand to guide you and keep you motivated every step of the way. You'll also have the support and friendship with the other East Coast Fitness members. too.

I’VE NOT WORKED OUT FOR A WHILE - IS BOOT CAMP REALLY FOR ME?
Yes. We will start slowly and progress you gently over the six weeks. You’ll not be left behind at any time. We’ve got your back and will coach you to success. Our oldest client is 75 and we have clients who are training with us after injury and operations. This isn’t one of those gyms filled with muscle heads, walking around with their shirts off. It’s a great atmosphere that is supportive every step of the way.

IS THIS FOR MEN AND WOMEN?
Yes – men and women can join.

WHEN DOES THE PROGRAMME START?
The start date is flexible. You can start at any time that suits you. You can choose your start date during the online signup process.

AM I TIED INTO A CONTRACT?
No. All membership payments are taken via direct debit but you can cancel it at any time. We just need 7 days notice before the next payment is due.

IS THERE A PAY-AS-YOU-GO OPTION?
No. My number 1 priority is to help my clients get results! And for that to happen I need COMMITMENT from you. If you drop in and out of sessions, turn up once or twice a month, I can’t keep track of your progress. I can’t guarantee you results. To achieve good results you need MORE THAN JUST A WORKOUT. That’s why all of my programmes come with meal plans, recipes and shopping lists to help improve your eating habits. I also provide ONGOING SUPPORT throughout all of the programmes which is essential for motivation. I can’t do that if you turn up sporadically.
