Membership Terms and Conditions
At East Coast Fitness, we aim to make our membership terms and conditions clear and straightforward. Please take a moment to review them. If you have any questions or need clarification, don't hesitate to reach out to Graham at 07875548880.
1. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL:
All membership plans are paid monthly via direct debit through GoCardless. Your membership will automatically commence on the payment date. Monthly payments will be deducted on the same day each month as agreed upon during enrolment. Any changes to your plan or cancellation must be communicated to us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. It's your responsibility to monitor membership expiration and renewal dates.
2. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION:
To cancel your membership, please contact Graham at least 7 days before your next payment is due. Please do not cancel payments directly with your bank, as TeamUp will continue to collect payments. Cancellation requests made with less than 7 days' notice may result in a final charge. Refunds will not be issued once a payment has been charged to your credit/debit card.
3. MEMBERSHIP UPGRADES AND DOWNGRADES:
You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time without incurring penalties. Changes will take effect as follows:
Members can freeze their membership for a period not less than thirty (30) days (or one calendar month) and up to ninety (90) days (three calendar months) per calendar year. Notice of the freeze must be given to East Coast Fitness before the requested start date and will not be applied retroactively. Payments made prior to the requested freeze will not be refunded. Billing will automatically resume at the end of the freeze period.
5. UNUSED SESSIONS:
Unused sessions can be made up by attending extra sessions, provided your membership payments remain active.
6. REFUNDS:
East Coast Fitness does not provide retroactive refunds for cancellation requests. Please refrain from sending cancellation requests via social media platforms. Refunds will not be issued for unused memberships.

East Coast Fitness is a kid-friendly fitness facility, but we kindly request that you adhere to our policies regarding children:

For the safety of all members, we reserve the right to scale or halt your training session if it is deemed unsafe.
East Coast Fitness retains the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
We also maintain the right to cancel a client's membership at any time for any reason.
In the event of membership termination by East Coast Fitness for any reason, we will refund the balance or remainder of any prepaid, unused membership.

- Click on Memberships.
- Select Details.
- Choose Upgrades.
- Select your Membership Preference.
- Complete the Purchase.

- Children must be able to sit unattended to the side of the workout area.
- Our coaches are not responsible for your children.
- Disruptive children should be attended to promptly.
- Children are not permitted to use the equipment at any time.
- Clean up after your children, including snacks during classes.
