Six 30-Minute Workouts
Each workout will work different parts of your body, and challenge each aspect of your fitness, but more importantly we will have lots of FUN! 3 Hour Boot Camp T-Shirt.
It wouldn't be a proper event without a t-shirt that you can wear to show off your achievement would it? Healthy Snacks.
We will have a variety of healthy snacks to pick at throughout the morning to keep your energy levels up. Teas and Coffees.
Teas and coffees will also be available throughout the day. |
session 4 - weight resistanceHave a go at lifting some weights to tone all of the major areas of the body
